Acknowledging our feelings, accepting them, and releasing them through tears. An essential part of processing painful experiences, to make way for forgiveness, happiness and peace. We always feel more at peace after a good cry. Some therapists recommend a once a day crying session. Can you cry once a day? Id like people to be less judging about themselves when they are sad. All feelings are valid.
