Active Home Centre started offering consumer financing at what it calls competitive terms. The facility requires a minimum total spend of $60,000 (including GCT) but it is available across all product categories. It also takes at most three business days to process applications for financing. This was definitely something we wanted to offer to our shoppers and believe it will help to assuage tightening budgets in a tough economy, said Christopher Graham, managing director of Active Home Centre. Customers therefore will be able to access quality products and complete their design and furnishing projects without worrying about how to cover the costs. Repayment periods are extremely flexible, according to Actives marketing and sales manager, Roxanne Miller, who said that contracts range from three to 36 months and can be customised to suit client requests. The move to offer financing comes a year after the opening of its new showroom on Constant Spring Road as well as rebranding to Active Home Centre.
