Actor John Cleese has been a great supporter of Taronga and Taronga Western Plains zoos )Western Australia) over the years , having last come to Dubbo in 2006. He is coming again to do a show and help open a new elephant exhibit. He is obviously uneducated about elephants in zoos. At this zoos Animal Encounters experience, for a small fee, with the assistance of the rangers, you can enter the enclosures of some of the animals on display and have your picture taken by a professional.
