Actually il think u find and this will help any future buyer as a way of protection as advised by the Avon and Somerset police tht when u buy something from someone on here u are entering a legal verbal contract unless u sign on a bit of paprr that u are accepting the item on a sold as seen they are still under contract to supply the item as stated otherwise u r well within ur rights to take them to a small claims court to retrieve whats urs this is also available to do online and court costs can be retrieved from otherside . This can also be reported as fraud to trading standards as again it is not been sold as described so dont get ripped of like we did . . We will be going to retrieve our money back no one deserves to be treated this way !
