Actually uttarakhand hills are not like other hills.......they r weak mountains feeble ones....heavy rain nd they crumble......sun heat after rains they crumble.......approach bridges across river r like jhoola bridges..... some for walking nd some motor cross.......generally too since 2010 rains r too heavy in hills........hilly states need optimum use of technology for actual upliftment.....such as road travel needs to be substituted by helicopters taxi....no doubt ideas sound insane but yet out of box solutions r the need of hour or the only wayout is praying god always....we still can not boast that we r developed.....till date the technology r used for actual people the taxpayers and helicopters r not only used by netas
