Ad: Desperately seeking a training buddy to ride with over weekends. Can be a sat or Sunday or both. Anything from 35 to 70 odd km loops .... fun is the objective, pace will vary and guaranteed sense of humour failures (very entertaining I might add) on the odd occasion when the legs and heart cant work as a team. Based in the east but like variety so would like to add the usual VG , NF, modders, buffelsdrift etc to the agenda. Any takers?
