Add this move to your next arm day! I love this one because it really isolates the bicep. You cant cheat on this one like you can when your fatigued while doing standing curls by swinging and using your back, etc. -- dont do that by the way haha Variations: You can do this on a bench and you can also use the bar attachment that you can work both arms at one time. I do both, but I tend to like this one better. I put the weight pretty heavy and really focus on the one arm at a time.
