Additional July clmate statistics for our area were: Tonopah, Nevada logged 1.33 inches of precipitation, 296% of normal and the 9th wettest July since records began in 1954. In Winnemucca, Nevada, it was the warmest July since records began in 1877. Elko and Ely, Nevada recorded the 3rd warmest July since records began in 1888 and 1893 respectively.
