Adelaide Crows sack coach Brenton Sanderson: D Grade. Wow. This came the hell out of nowhere with no warning whatsoever and I personally 100% hate this move. The Fagen era of the Adelaide Crows has come up with a poor start and make no mistake this is a Fagen decision as Sanderson extended his contract last December. Yes it is true Adelaide has missed the finals for two years but can Sanderson get any of the blame? Last year the Crows had a horror run with injuries and this year it was clear Adelaide could challenge the best but the players played to the level of their opponents. And even then it wasnt like Adelaide was playing like the 2011-2012 Power, Adelaide still were playing good football. Melbourne fans can rejoice since Sanderson automatically becomes a candidate to be Paul Roos heir, but this actual act itself? I hate it. The only reason this is not a full F is I dont know the full reasons for his sacking, but as of writing this is a shocking move with no rhyme or reason. -JW
