Adios, Comcast. You can take take your we reviewed your account and determined you werent paying enough so we are jacking your fee $25/mo for no reason. Oh, and we are also going to charge you a monthly equipment rental fee for a modem you returned to us TWO YEARS ago but we lost it so you are going to get charged full price for it because you cant prove you returned it, but as a measure of being a good sport about it, we will increase your plan to a $110/mo internet-only plan for a few months, but its up to you to remember to cancel it or youll get charged.. and stick it where the sun dont shine. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I will never again do business with your corrupt company ever again, and I will NEVER recommend your service to anyone. Ever.
