Inez Herbosa, and Mr. Mikko Abello: Thank you for relaying to us your complaint concerning the Safeway Bus that was seen recklessly driving along EDSA, and our traffic enforcer who allegedly disregarded your complaint, Rest assured that we will be investigating the unprofessional conduct of the enforcer whom you had an encounter with. This person will be identified on and properly dealt with. On the other hand, given the untoward behavior of the driver of Safeway bus with body number 14209, we have forwarded the video to LTFRB so they can act accordingly, since they are the issuer and regulator of all bus franchises. Upon prior discussion with LTFRB, Chairman Ginez mentioned that they will be issuing an administrative court hearing against Safeway Bus on this matter. On the other hand, I am directing all MMDA traffic enforcers and our Metrobase to look out and apprehend the bus, bring it and its driver to MMDA, for appropriate action.
