Admin/Accounting Officer (Korean Speaking) Our client is a leading company in Frozen Yogurt Franchise Industry in Korea and Australia. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Admin/Accounting Officer to join Australian office located in Silverwater. This is an exceptional opportunity for organised and motivated candidate who are looking for an Admin/Accounting focused role within a growing organisation. Each successful candidate will have previous experience in an administration/bookkeeping position along with a confident approach, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. To be successful in this position, you will have a demonstrated background in busy office environment. You will need strong administration skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to deadlines and priorities. Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines, strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced MS-Office skills are also a requirement for this position. Responsibilities : ? Communication and correspondence ? General admin support to the staffs and Management ? Purchasing and maintaining office supplies ? Day-to-day office admin including office operation & maintenance ? General accounting tasks & data entry ? Working co-operatively with other employees to ensure the support needed is met ? Handle incoming phone calls, confidential documents & general correspondence. Requirements : ? Work experience in busy office environment is desirable ? General understanding of Group business structure ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (must be bilingual) ? Tertiary qualification (Commerce, Business/Admin, HR, Marketing preferred) ? Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) ? Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Visa holder ONLY ? Proven communication skill with highly developed analytical and problem solving skills ? Be punctual and possess a professional attitude ? Be highly responsible and reliable ? Report writing skills are essential ?
