Requirements: • Excellent command of English Language. • Has a good background at Microsoft. • 2 years work in general experience is preferred. • Logistics or export background is preferred. • Presentable-active-self confident. • Temporary position (could stay according to company needs). • Car owner is preferred. Assistant any CV. without subject will be neglected Face book Page : DEALS HR Kindly be informed that the Job Description is below: Admin Part : • Organizing and attending meetings, events and traveling abroad to attend international exhibitions and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings • Arranging national and international meetings for the top management. • Dealing with correspondence, and taking minutes. • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Carrying out researches and presenting findings into subjects the manager is dealing with and handling suppliers business visit schedule • Standing in for the manager and making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence • Sometimes being involved in the decision-making process. • To handle any other tasks instructed by the GM To investigate according to the GM instructions • To submit accurate, complete, honest & timely reports regarding accomplishments. • Review the CCS of sales team (Canal and Alex) • Acting as back office assistance for the sales team. Export Part: • Establish and implement logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements • Coordinating with all required freight carriers including negotiating prices & conditions for the benefits of the company • coordinating and controlling the order cycle and Responsible for all logistics operations • Follow up with the customer for the payment. • Regarding export ,deal with all kinds of payment including the L/C, CAD, TT & CASH HR Part: • Recruit ,interview ,test ,select joiner workers to fill vacant positions • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness , compliance and equity within company
