Admin/Sensitivity training: When you ask for advice on an open - TopicsExpress

Admin/Sensitivity training: When you ask for advice on an open forum, you must understand that not all answers will be to your liking. That doesnt mean that the poster is targeting you, singling you out or otherwise being an asshat. It means that what they wrote struck a cord in you that YOU are uncomfortable hearing. Its ok. Also, when a group is this large (5K+ posters) there will be good advice and bad. It is up to YOU to select what you want and discard/disregard the rest. Do not feel the need to defend yourself; most likely there wasnt a reason to start. So, if you dont like the responses to your inquiry, just ignore them. WE truly are HERE TO HELP.
