Admin please remove this if not allowed, and I apologise. I saw a post earlier from a lady ranting about a single mother asking for things for free because she didnt have anything. The lady was really horrible about it. I understand people need to work for their money and build a life for themselves but we all need somewhere to start from. Do you find it hard to get up on a morning for work? Imagine trying to do that after having slept on a floor all night because you dont have a bed. Struggling to even get jobs because you cant wash your clothes for interviews. People sometimes find themselves in situations and simply need help to set up before being able to stand on their own two feet. I know this because it was me 7 years ago. I had great people around me who gave furniture, bedding, carpet pieces, anything they could spare to make my house feel like a home. I dont understand how people can be so horrible to someone in need. Coincidentally this evening I started chatting to someone who it turns out is in exactly the same situation and i realised I have alot of things in my house such as curtains, bedding, toys and other bits and pieces that I do not need and can give to this woman and help her and her child. After seeing the abuse the last woman got I asked her if I could post this on her behalf to ask people if they could spare anything to help her set up a home. Anything you think maybe useful for her and her 9 year old son would be greatly appreciated. She is also expecting a baby girl :) Atleast this way she doesnt have to deal with anymore negativity should some one start having a go xxxx thank you in advance it means so so much.
