Qualifications and Duties: Reporting to the Director of the North Central Region, the administrative assistant is responsible for providing staff with secretarial, administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with a strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: Acting as the first point of contact by performing in person and telephone reception, drafting, formatting, editing, and proof reading correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail, booking hotels and making travel arrangements, entering and tracking correspondence in an electronic database, archiving documents, developing and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, working with confidential information, and performing timekeeper functions.
