Adobe Photoshop Tip of The Day: When using Free Transform to scale a layer that has a Layer Style applied to it, youll notice that the style will not scale along with the layer. To scale the layer style, take note of the percentage the layer was scaled using Free Transform and enter that value in the Layer > Layer Style > Scale Effect dialog box. You can also convert the layer into a Smart Object and then scale it.
