Name: MAIZE DOB: 9/22/2007 Weight: approximately 10 pounds Adoption Donation: $200 Foster Location: Maplewood, Minnesota Maize is a sweet little girl who is still shy but loves to play with her foster siblings.She is learning to love life in a home with soft beds, toys & treats. Maize is often found snuggled in a soft bed taking it all in.She still hangs back and watches but when we go to her to give her pets she will nudge you and give you licks if you stop. She uses potty pads like a champ. She is afraid of stairs, she can go up a few but she doesnt want to go down. Maize would do best in a home with a fenced yard as she is not leash trained, and having another small dog in her forever home would help show her the ropes. We want Maize to find a forever home that will continue to teach her that life is good and will spoil her like the princess she longs to be. Is Maize the girl for you? HEALTH: Maize has been spayed and is up-to-date on all of her shots. She is micro-chipped and has been heart worm tested. Maize does have a grade 3 heart murmur (which is quite common in Chin) but does not need any medication. She also has a little occasional stiffness in her back knee so a home with not too many steps would be preferred.
