Adoration in your prayers? The prayer model of A.C.T.S. stands for Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. Adoration is one of the elements of this model that I have struggled with the most in my prayer life. How do I repeatedly praise and worship God without saying "I love you Lord" over and over? I have found that it is helpful to pray Scripture. You can take the Psalms, personalize them, and then turn them into a prayer of praise to God. 3 Say to God, “How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you. 4 All the earth worships you and sings praises to you; they sing praises to your name.” Selah He was praising God (adoration) for His everlasting love in verse 20. 20 Blessed be God, because he has not rejected my prayer or removed his steadfast love from me! Scripture gives us some great examples of how to worship God.
