Adoring Love No longer is there worry in the way things appear My king thru his intense love draws me near The cross is all the proof that He holds me dear This perfect love of His cast out all my fear I don’t have the answers to all the reasons why In the glory of His presence is the highest high The greatest thing is to lay my will down to die Surrendering daily so in Him I might abide Laying my head down at the foot of His throne The greatest place I could wish to make my home A promise fulfilled I will not be left alone A divine breath of love living in dry bones Many times I feel the struggle coming from this flesh I will be free from it although that time isn’t yet Nailed to the cross all selfish will is put to death What pleasure to the ears to hear I have paid your debts A cry from this heart screaming I need You more and more When I’m looking at just myself this human spirit is feeling poor The tears are running out my eyes as my knees hit the floor With great love that’s instilled in me it’s all of You I adore
