RECOMMENDATIONS: · B-degree or an applicable three-year qualification; · Ability to communicate in a third language will be advantageous. Job Specification RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will be responsible for: Co-ordinating and managing all exam and result activities of contact students in the Faculty of Education; Supporting the Head: Student Administration with all exam and related matters; Compiling a training manual for academic and support staff regarding exam regulations and dates; Handling all aspects of student administration for selected groups of students in the Faculty; Maintaining student records; Processing results in Excel; Handling telephonic, electronic and written enquiries.
