Seeking for the following candidate(s): Commercial Manager for Petrochemical Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Update loading and delivery schedule (especialy Ammonia) Forecast Preparing purchase and sale of Petrochemical Update Fertecon Ammonia Price and other published market information Nominate cargo, ships, jetties for loading and discharging and prepare a letter of indemnity Issuing a document / shipping instruction for the shipping activity Appoint ship agents to handle the ship reliance activities Preparing calculations Daily Running Cost and Freight Rate from ship Setting up a schedule to ship bunker suit the procurement and delivery schedule Appoint the management company to handle the customs service import / export Prepare reports P & L for making payment of purchase invoices and sales invoices Setting up contracts with business partners Update loading & delivery schedule Prepare contracts with business partners Requirements: Min. 5 years experiences in trading and shiping Petrochemical Commodity Min. Bachelor Degree Fluent in Business English both oral and written Having experience in oil and gas or trading industry would be an advantage. Excellent in logical thinking, analytical skill and innovative problem solving Proactive, hardworking, discipline, result oriented Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire. Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc). Communicative and able to work as a team Good personality, inter-personal skill and communication skill Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management Highly motivated and creative minded with strong drive to succeed is a must Discipline, punctual, and ready work immediately Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours independently with minimum supervision.
