Advice Issued For: Delegate River, Dellicknora, Bonang, Bendoc Fire Origin: 8 KM NORTH OF DELLICKNORA Incident Name: DELLICKNORA - TINGARINGY TRACK Issued: 19/01/14 12:06 PM This Advice message is being issued by Department of Environment and Primary Industries for Delegate River, Dellicknora, Bonang, Bendoc. Firefighters are responding to a number of small fires around Dellicknora, Bonang, Delegate River and Bendoc. There is currently no threat to communities, but you should continue to stay informed and monitor conditions. Smoke will be visible from nearby communities and roads. Bonang Road is closed. Road access is permitted for local and emergency vehicles only. Snowy River National Park including Yalmy Road is closed. Errinundra National Park is closed. The next update is expected by 20/01/14 12:00 PM or as the situation changes. Safety Information: Review your bushfire survival plan. If you do not have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes. If you have time check your neighbours to see if they are monitoring conditions. If you are experiencing smoke exposure, seek medical advice or call Nurse on Call on 1300 606 024. Stay Informed: Via depi.vic.gov.au. Tune to ABC Local Radio, commercial and designated community radio stations, or Sky News TV. Call the Victorian Bushfire Information Line (VBIL) on freecall 1800 240 667.
