*Advice Post* Can I have an advice post please? The father of my child and I are split and he has regular contact. My lgs 12 weeks and contacts been okay, though there has been some issues. He now thinks having a common cold is a reasonable enough excuse not to spend time with our girlie? Ive told him as a parent, illness is no barrier or excuse. His parents took care of him still when they were ill, mine did of me and Im sure all of you mummies still take care of your kids when youre poorly yourself as well? Its gotten to the poiny where Ive had to ring and wake his mother for advice and for her to explain it to him. What do I do to explain to him what being a parent is about?
