~ Advice from a sister to our sisters who are cooking for hours in the kitchen during the Month of Ramadhaan ~ Umm Sulaymaan said: "Sisters, when we are cooking in shaa Allaah , keep your tongue moist with the dhikr of Allaah ta3ala, and say things like SubhanAllaahi wa bihamdi 100 times, or La hawla wa la quwatta illa billaah for verily, it is light on the tongue but heavy on the scales and Allaah knows best. Make your intentions of cooking to serve your family in shaa Allaah for verily, Actions are by Intentions, so intend to do good to your family (by serving them) and Allaah ta3ala will reward you, Baarak Allaahu feekum."
