Advice please. Repost. Im a bit freaked out. Our builder just told us that our water pipe is lead. Its a 1930s house. Firstly does anyone know anything about this? Is this actually still allowed ? I thought that it was checked by the water board. Have I missed something here? Also if it is the case what can I do to temporary relieve the situation. We have all been drinking it for years --- or Is he trying to pull a fast one and get us to change the whole system? Thanks - Im a bit stressed now!
