Advice please. Repost. My family and I have a kitten who has fleas and we have put frontline on her and have vacuumed vigorously and washed blankets and such repeatedly and the fleas seem to be worse. I am pregnant and my husband and I have a toddler so Im looking for safe way to kill them quickly without harming my family. Weve been told to sprinkle boric acid in all of the carpets and furniture and weve also been told by a exterminator that they can treat the house but the house would be toxic for only 4 hours so we would have to leave but that it would be safe after that. I read that boric acid can be dangerous and obviously any small child doesnt know not to pick stuff up of the floor and not touch their mouths. Any advice?!!
