Advocare All In. Here are some recommendations and a short video for the Max Phase you are heading into. Remember to grab your coach if you have any question. You made it! The Cleanse Phase is over and it’s time to move into days 11-24: The Max Phase. During the Max Phase, you’ll continue eating healthy, exercising, and taking two products that you took during the Cleanse Phase: AdvoCare Spark® and OmegaPlex®. You’ll add in two additional products: MNS® (you chose either 3, C, or E - if you’re curious about what’s exactly in your strip pack, go to the product page on the AdvoCare website and click on the “Instructional Flier”) and Meal Replacement Shakes if you havent already been taking them. For information on the timing of these products, please get in touch with your AdvoCare Coach and follow along in the Daily Guide and Virtual Coach. Here’s a helpful tip: As you’re getting into the routine of the Max Phase, you may want to set reminders on your phone to help you remember to take all of your supplements (especially those “Before Lunch” packets!). You can either set alarms or, if you use the 24-Day Challenge™ App, go into the menu on the left side of the app and turn on reminders. Two more weeks to go!
