After 13 years of working for Century 21 Absolute Realty, I quit abruptly. I have been told people there dont understand why I left that way. I left that way because I was sick of being taken advantage of. I did not get a raise in 13 years despite the fact that I excelled at any position I was put in. The excuse was always that Ray had a lot on his plate, the real estate market is bad, Ray hasnt had a pay in 3 years. Not even my friend/supervisor had my back. Everyone was too worried about themselves to care so I left to BETTER myself even if it means not working. Thats it in a nutshell no more no less. End of rant.
