After 27 years in Georgia, I have made the move to South Carolina. I am living on Johns Island while my house is being built in Summerville, SC. It is so pretty here. Yesterday I drove over to Kiawah and introduced my dog to the ocean. It was so nice to walk in the sand. The drive over there was just beautiful with the road lined with Spanish moss hanging from the trees. I am told that is the road that the Notebook was filmed on. I am looking forward to exploring Charleston and the islands during this time so when i move into my new house, I will be able to show them the town. I will miss the wonderful friends I made in Georgia but hopefully you will come and visit since it will only be a few hours away.
