After 35 years of holding a bank account at my hometown bank, I - TopicsExpress

After 35 years of holding a bank account at my hometown bank, I was finally forced to close it out. Through the years its changed hands numerous times and policies have changed. Many of those sweet and caring, local tellers have been traded in for rude, out-of-towners that have no friendly connection with their customers. The days of knowing each other on a first name basis and small town chit chat went out the door years ago. The main drive up window was replaced by an ATM machine and the other window is now maned by a camera and you communicate through a monitor. Personally, I dont find any of that convenient or helpful. guess Im just too old fashioned!
