After 37+ years, I am retiring from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission effective Sept.30. Carroll and I leave Sept. 27 for Salzburg, Vienna, and Paris, returning Oct. 15. When we return, I will have to develop Plan B or find another great adventure like the one I had at FERC. Lots of projects on the house, but that only goes so far.
