After, My Mom giving me run down of the Board of Supervisors Meeting, I am really ashamed of some of the elected officials & Department Heads.... Some need to go to other parts, and see how they conduct meetings properly.... It is not professional to get up several times walking out during the meeting(SUPERVISORS or anyone), not listening department heads out for reasonable request, not knowing how to properly respond to individuals.... I could go on & on.... It is ridiculous... I mean this foolishness has to stop somewhere, so we can move forward positively as one & bring Port Gibson back it high standards & expectations it once held.... Lastly, why in the world the CLAIBORNE COUNTY HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES CAN NOT RECEIVE RETIREMENT BENEFITS???!!! WHAT ABOUT THEIR FUTURE, AFTER THEY HAVE RIGHTLY PUT IN THEIR TIME.... I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD BE ENTITLED.... I BET THOSE ARE GOING TO MAKE SURE THEIR FUTURE IS COVERED... WHAT IS THE EXPLANATION, FOR GOING AGAINST IT... IF IT IS REASONABLE, TELL THE PEOPLE WHY!!! But, I cant think of a reason why they shouldnt... I AM NOT TRYING TO STEP ON ANY ONES TOES... AND POLITICS ARE NOT MY THING, but RIGHT IS RIGHT and WRONG IS WRONG..... REMEMBER PEOPLE, A VOTE IS MORE THAN THROWING A COMMUNITY BARBECUE, FREE BACK TO SCHOOL HAIR CUTS & SUPPLIES, SHOWING UP IN CHURCH, & ETC(FREEBEES); IT SHOULD BE BASED ON ONES ABILITY & PROPER BACKGROUND AND KNOWLEDGE OF FAIR BUSINESS & POLITICS.. BASE IT ON THEIR ABILITY TO BUILD OUR COMMUNITY BACK TO THE TOP!!!
