After a busy week training everyone to my best and them training and trying their hardest Im chilling with a beer. Busy weekend ahead for me moving (again). But absorb it and move on with the next new things! Had a week off personally after 8 weeks hard training and start my new fresh split on Monday incorporating: -plyometrics -speed work -strength work -hypertrophy -sprints -gymnastic moves -mobility (dynamic ballistic and isometric stretching) Which is designed to turn me into nothing more than a highly effective powerfully fast strong and lean human. Goals are better planches, shoulder extension, strength speed and fitness. Focus being on the mobility and strength preservation. Multiple goals can be achieved simultaneously, but its best to have focuses and work them in fases! Exciting to start the new training cycle mega dose of the excites 😍 Happy weekend
