After a full day that involved running 6 miles, getting a friend started on his new Juice Plus+ Virtual Franchise business, ordering title, calling in with my Kyuki-Do and FFMMA team, taking a BJJ seminar with Luis Heredia and working with Jeremy Lin, then getting beat up by Ron Davidson, Brett Brendel and Ortiz, and getting my SUV serviced, Im off to the Juice Plus+ Chicago Fest where Ill get to learn more about whole food plant based nutrition from Dr. Richard DuBois, one of the worlds leading authorities on infectious diseases. The only thing thats missing to make this day complete is spending time with the love of my life and my awesome kids - I think I can squeeze some quality time them later tonight!
