After a long day of bay fishing which out of all the small private charters we somehow managed to bring in more fish then any one else, We now got 4 racks of pork ribs slowly cooking on the grill, sausage, I got a jalapeno bacon stuffed pork tenderloin in the oven thats been cooking for 3 hours. Jalapeno ranch style beans, with garlic cream cheese, sour cream, red skin mash potatoes. Tonight the MISTER SPARKY crew feast like kings. No women no problem we some domesticated gentleman. Cook and clean. Only if yall could smell or taste this food. Simply amazing. Thank you George Saldana for sending us on this company trip. It was just what we needed to recharge our batteries. We highly appreciate it.
