After a mammoth effort to fly around the world, my top tip for surviving jet lag? Get into a natural bio-rhythm of the country you are going to as soon as possible. Stay awake throughout the day and then go to bed around the same time you would normally when at home. This sets your body clock the fastest. Also drink lots of water, eat at normal meal times and be active. Taking a nice morning stroll before breakfast in the local park was great to reminise, see familiar sights and shake the travel fuzz from my head!
