After a routine blood pressure check following a football injury revealed an alarming measurement of 175 / 105 (severe) a new lifestyle was imminent. Week 1: Juicing is a daily part of my diet now with all carbohydrates reduced. Coffee binned and swiftly replaced with hibiscus tea. Cereal replaced with organic oats and nuts. Blood pressure has gradually come down to to 145 / 90 on Average in just over a week. Still high but not as close to a stroke as I was a week ago
