After a very sad and emotional day yesterday we took off to the Cotswolds for a few hours to blow away the cobwebs a bit.... Very cold but bright and we had a lovely time spending QUALITY time together. Oh, and if anyone In NZ thinks that the girls and I are having a good old jolly up let me assure you that is a VERY good reason why Mandi & Leoni are here, and that is, in case ANYONE has forgotten, that my husband and their father and grandfather has died... and be assured that if he knew what upset you all have caused them,(and me) and was alive now you would NOT have wanted to have been on the end of the telephone call he would have made to you all - TRUST ME. this ends here and it ends NOW. A bit less mouthing off and a bit more effort into maybe sending us all in the UK a card or flowers or god forbid, picking up the phone wouldnt have gone amiss .Just let us grieve in peace and enjoy the few remaining days together that we have.
