After a visit to my Sports Medicine Specialist/Orthopedic Surgeon yesterday, Im scheduled to see my General Practitioner and hip replacement surgeon over the next few days ahead of the procedure. The most amazing news is that I am expected to be able to walk 6 hours post surgery and sent home for a week or two before returning to work with no need for a stay at a physical rehabilitation facility. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can get her done before the end of the year. GRRR!
