After all said and done, the journey towards the acquisition of B.sc has finally been drawn to a successful end. All thanks to God who has brought me this far. I remain grateful to my parents who supported me through their prayers and finances; my siblings ; my friends and indeed my coursemates who have in one way or the other been instrumental to my success today. I sincerely appreciate the academic contributions of my lecturers: Dr E. O. Frank, Dr Edet Tom, Dr Aniekan Ekpe, Dr Akpanim Ekpe, Prof O. O. Okereke, Dr Robert Dode, Dr Ejere, Dr Jonah Ekpenyong, Dr {Mrs} David Umoh, Mr Friday Umoh, Prof Godwin Umoette, and most especially, Dr Lemuel Owugah, Dr David Adams and indeed My most respected Prof Okon Eminue. Am really privileged to be tutored by these set of intellectuals. Not also forgetting Late Prof Ukana B. Ikpe of blessed memory. Your contributions to the department of Political Science will forever remain fresh on our minds. Its been a long time of struggle but i thank God for finally leading me to the land of success. Though faced with challenges but i thank God who saw me through. All thanks to Elshaddai Family{a family away from home.} and my Spiritual mother, Pst Vanessa Orji. Even though i was stubborn, but i still have alot to show from what i learnt from you. And to my friends and well wishers, i pray you encounter success in all your endeavors in Jesus name. AMEN.
