After almost a month of residing back home in Cedar Rapids, my health appears to be on the correct path to recovery. After numerous EKGs, an echocardiogram, a spinal tap, and another forty-eight hours of continuous monitoring, my heart seems to be beating in a normal rhythm. It still has sporadic episodes of type one and two heart block, for the time being they are calling those benign, however, there are still a handful of follow up appointments to be had over the next couple months. I still get abnormally tired at the end of the day, and I have experienced some nasty headaches and migraines, but all seems to be moving forward correctly. Ill give another update in a few months hopefully saying Im done with all this. I continue to make efforts to get settled here in the Midwest and, for the most part, that is moving forward as well.
