After battling it for days, I finally gave in to the fact that you cannot wish away a thrush infection. Of all the crap I have gone through with this stupid cancer, this is just about the worst. Why, you ask? Because I cant frigging taste anything! My mouth is sore and it hurts to swallow. Plus, did I mention tht I cant TASTE anything? If you know me, you know what a disaster this is. At any rate, I finally broke down, saw the doc, and got some lovely medicine that tastes like I am drinking snot. Well folks, if it gets the job done ... Looks like I need a few extra prayers.
