After breakfast in Gatlinburg this morning, I took Britt out to the van and Scott stayed and paid. He got back in the van and told me he gave the waitress $100.00 to pay for a mans breakfast that just sat down when we were leaving. He had three handicapped children. Scott told the waitress he didnt want the man to know who he was. She came back to Scott and told him the man was in total shock and was teary-eyed. I cried when he told me what he did. Scott does have a big heart - he just has a hard time showing emotions. Jeffs death has left a huge hole in both of our hearts, but has also brought us closer together.
