After browsing OLX, and most of the local musical instrument buy/sell venues, Its funny how a lot of the most expensive music gear is being bought and sold by pastors. In my experience, these people also tend to be the least friendly and most condescending, and least accommodating, and most prone to going back on their word. Does your church really need a Strymon BlueSky Delay pedal worth 11-15k? Does it really need a limited edition orig spec 65 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp worth 120k that doesnt go any louder than a 30k Roland Amp? Does it really need Gibson Les Pauls worth 90k? Does it really need that drum kit worth half a million? The skeptic in me thinks its just a bunch of hypocrites whore used to spending money that theyve never had to sweat for. On the other hand, they might be tone hogs for the Lord, and Jesus will fast track them to heaven for sounding so much better than the other Churchs. Never mind that 99% of their parishoners couldnt tell the difference between a Gibson or an SX.
