After carefully looking at my heart rate today, as I was working out this is about an average of what my heart beats at resting, not including what it does when I workout. So! My heart beats 60 beats per min, times 60 minutes, equals 3,600 beats per hour, times per 24 hours, equals 86,400 beats per day, In conclusion, I am a hybrid a.k.a. a black unicorn ✌️ Ps: if your person that doesnt really work out chew on this for thought: your heart actually beats about 30,000 times more then mine #Crazy What have you done for your heart lately ??
