After disappointment in myself for making excuses and staying the weight I have been for many months, and then getting chastised by my family for wonderful intentions (that are always extreme) then not following through, it is time I get this right. Finishing the challenges. Going to run at least a mile 6 days a week. Getting a second workout in at least 4 days a week. The runs and workouts maybe short, but right now Im building the practice and habit.
