After donating a car full of stuff to Goodwill, I noticed that my car was pulling a bit to the right. I pulled into a gas station to check the air in my front passenger tire. As I remove the valve cap and begin testing my tire pressure, I hear a masculine voice behind me, Excuse me, Sweetheart, you look like you could use some help. I look up to see a tall, and dare I say, handsome stranger standing behind me. Relieved, I stand up and hand him my tire gauge. He checks the pressure, adds some air, checks the pressure again, replaces the cap, and proceeds to check all of my other tires for me. All the while, chatting merrily as he worked. I learned quite a bit about this stranger in a short few minutes: his name is Jack, he has lived in the Seattle area most of his life, etc. It would appear that chivalry is not dead after all.
