After eight years of growth, accomplishment, laughter, and friendship, I will soon be moving on from my current job with Workforce Snohomish and stepping into a new job with Cascadia Community College. I will be designing, delivering, and evaluating professional and organizational development opportunities for employees. I will also facilitate change management. And, the campus has a meditation room and backs up to 58-acres of wetlands and the Sammamish River Trail. An amazing fit in so many ways. As I welcome this shift with excitement, I also recognize how fortunate I am to have been supported by a team of talented, passionate peers and supervisors these past eight years. I formed quality connections that lasted through many changes, and will last through this one. With authentic kinship comes the certainty that a change in scene or focus or direction does not change the kinship. It only changes where we meet for coffee. Heres to honoring and remembering. Heres to growing and expanding. Heres to all of our past, current, and next steps and the ways they link together. Jai Ma!
