After every storm, youll find the strength to get up and keep walking. Life is never as it seems. What initially looks like a tragedy may very well be a blessing in disguise. What some people may consider a blessing may prove to be a bitter fall. In my life, I have learned that circumstances and people do change. Just because you helped someone doesnt mean theyll be grateful or that they will love you back just because you loved them. That is how I learned to live with no expectations. There proved to be less disappointments and less heartaches. I guess you can say that Ive become stronger. I no longer let my heart rule over my head nor do I wear my heart on my sleeve. I take every criticism with a grain of salt and have learned to focus only on what is constructive or positive. Yes, I have changed. A lot, in fact. It may have meant giving up a few people, but it was all for the best. Being strong isnt always about keeping it together, sometimes it is about letting go..and I like it better this way.
